Frank Sarabia runs Frank’s Handyman Services out of Toledo: roofs, foundations, kitchens, baths, porches and the yards around them. Some jobs are one repair. Others are whole houses stripped back and rebuilt, and a rehab on a nearly condemned house has come back finished in 30 days or less.
